Property listings displayed on this Site are provided through iHomeFinder's IDX service and sourced from the Regional Multiple Listing Service of Minnesota (NorthstarMLS). Listings are deemed reliable but are not guaranteed and should be independently verified.

All listing information is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use. Consumers may not use listing data for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties to purchase. Reproduction or redistribution of MLS listing content for commercial purposes is expressly prohibited.

Listing data is updated periodically but may not reflect the most current status of a property. Kurt Weishalla does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing information.

3. No Agency Relationship Created

Submitting a contact form, valuation request, or showing request through this Site does not create an agency relationship between you and Kurt Weishalla or Elevate Realty MN. An agency relationship is only established by a signed written agreement as required by Minnesota law.

Any information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or real estate advice applicable to your specific situation.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.
